Tarot.NYC policies
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 19, 2026
By using Tarot.NYC, joining its email list, or purchasing a reading, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.
Tarot Readings
Readings are offered remotely by Zoom, FaceTime, telephone, or email as described on the booking page. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, selecting the correct service, attending at the scheduled time, and ensuring that your device and connection are suitable for the selected format.
Personal Reflection, Not Professional Advice
Tarot readings and site content are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Eligibility and Respectful Use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. We may decline or end a session involving harassment, threats, unlawful activity, requests to invade another person’s privacy, or circumstances outside the appropriate scope of a tarot reading.
Prices, Discounts, and Payment
Prices and availability may change before purchase. Payment is due through the checkout shown during booking. Promotional codes, including the new-subscriber offer, are subject to their stated conditions, have no cash value, and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
Bookings are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Tarot.NYC text, design, branding, original illustrations, and site materials may not be copied, republished, sold, scraped, or commercially exploited without written permission. Limited personal, noncommercial sharing through links is welcome.
Availability and Liability
We do not promise uninterrupted access or any particular outcome from a reading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarot.NYC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Questions may be sent to info@tarot.nyc.
