Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to virtual tarot readings booked through Tarot.NYC.

More Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment

You may change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead of the appointment receive a 100% refund.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment

To request a change less than 24 hours before your appointment, email info@tarot.nyc. We will assist when scheduling permits. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time receive a 50% refund.

Missed Appointments and No-Shows

Missed appointments and no-shows are not refundable. Please join promptly and use the contact information in your confirmation email if a technical problem occurs.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times are controlled by the applicable payment provider.
